In Shan’s memory, Advanced Trucking and Repairs (Rosemary and Mike Dean) from Tillsonburg, ON included a memorial ribbon to Shan in the detailing of a new tow truck to help raise awareness of breast cancer. The tow truck is featured in community events throughout SW Ontario. It also carries an annual demolition derby car, driven by Jen Dean, to events that raise donations to support Team Shan activities. The tow truck and derby cars have won a number of awards and continue to make a difference in SW Ontario.
